The Selective Offboarding program costs $6,000 for a six-week engagement with a non-refundable 50% payment upon execution of the agreement.
The program includes:
- Creation of performance management tool
- Training the supervisor on using the tool
- Weekly check-ins for coaching and support
- Six on-the-fly calls if something comes up (between 8am and 8pm)
- In the (rare) case that requires ending the employment relationship, a termination letter is provided
Additional time will be charged at $400/hour.
A different cost structure is needed for offboarding an individual nearing retirement or covered by a union collective bargaining agreement.
